What is your favorite Bible verse?
Since a young age I have always loved Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through him who strengthens me.” How encouraging to know that He gives us the strength and we don’t have to rely on our own!
Who is the most relatable Bible character to you and why?
I would say I can relate to Moses when he was unsure about being the leader of the Israelites because he doubted his abilities with speaking and leading in general. I know there are times when I have questioned what God wanted me to do because I didn’t feel capable or talented enough. Thankfully, God has still shown me in great ways how He can use me and work through me, despite my self-doubt!
What is your favorite go-to easy meal?
On those days I really don’t feel like cooking, or have a lot of time, a good ol’ grilled cheese sandwich hits the spot!
What are your hobbies?
I love singing, although I don’t get to do that as often as I would like. I have gotten more into exercising recently.
What is your favorite T.V. show or movie?
My all-time favorite movie would be The Wizard of Oz.
What’s your favorite thing to do in your free time?
What’s free time? 🙂 Getting together with friends for coffee and getting to relax and play with my kids and husband are my favorites.
Who is your role model?
Some dear friends, Clyde and Gwen, who have dedicated their lives to spreading the gospel and sharing joy wherever they go.
Would you rather vacation at a mountain cabin or a beach house?
Can we pick both? 🙂 I do love a good mountain view though, so I might have to go with that.
What is the best thing about yourself?
I think maybe my commitment to those I love and pursuing my passions.
What’s one of your favorite books and/or what are you reading right now?
Probably one of my favorite books has been The Hiding Place by Corrie Ten Boom. It is very inspirational and I highly recommend it!
